 Breaking fast for 3 days... ( gained back 1.2kg)

Thoughts:                                                    
Prefast: I doubted myself initially, didn't think I would last this long. Sometimes I just thought to myself, Whatever! Just drop this fast and order pizza or buy some fried chicken! -.- But I thank God I haven't done that.
Day1: Around 12noon I was already hungry. 3pm I was soo hungry, and so I decided to sleep. Woke up at 5pm, I actually pretty much just laid in bed the entire day. After that I think I was a bit dazey? It's hard to explain.. maybe light-headed? I think I was actually alert? BUT my body was soo slow. I tried lifting my weights. 30 reps bicep curls 11lbs. 30 hip raises also. Don't think I had much strength. I cheated and had a cup of coffee at 5pm, I felt so much better after drinking it! I know it affects the detox and cleansing :( It was quite a tough day. Mentally challenging. Really.
Day2: Woke up around 9.30am. I was very very exhausted. I was dragging my feet, so weak to walk. I cheated by having coffee in the morning! Felt more energized again. My mom was afraid I would faint, cause I won't be home the whole day. (yes, my mommy knows I'm doing this, she wants to try too, Hehe. My mum's a nurse btw.) I was dehydrated and thirsty. At 1pm I bought a small bottle of water, and finished it in 30mins. So I went to buy a 1.5litres bottle. I was a little tired all the way until maybe 3pm? Than I started getting more active again. Not that weak, started talking more again. Around 5pm I decided to get some tea, cause all my friends were getting it. Feel like I cheated, cause I really didn't need it. Wasn't tired or hungry. Around 7pm I think I smelt some fried food? Which was impossible, cause we were in the lab room. Got home around 8pm. And at 10 plus?I used the spin bike and peddled 5km, 11mins, 102kcal. Just a small small mini exercise. I can't stand the feeling of not exercising. Yet, I don't want to harm my body during this time either. I didn't feel exhausted or very tired during and after the spin bike, but I didn't want to peddle more than 100calories burned. I slept around 30, 40minutes passed midnight. It was a much much easier day, compared to the day before! Good day.
Day3: Woke up very tired at 9am. went back to bed, and had hallucinations until 1.30pm. Hahah, not like really hallucinations.. but those kind of dreams like your eyes are half-opened and then u keep dreaming in the surroundings? Yeah. Managed to get up after 13hours of sleep ( I actually felt like continuing laying on the bed) Had a lot of projects to do.. so I cheated and had coffee to give me a boost. Had a hard time sleeping that night. super alert. ( my period came today!)
Workout: 7km spin bike 150kcal, 33sit ups, 33 lateral raises, 10squates with 10kg weights, 15 pushups.
Day4:  I couldn't sleep much at all. Had a lot of interruptions. Slept around 6am, woke at 9am? Trying soooo hard to get 8 hours of sleep.. so i forced some sleep. but barely. Got up at 12.30:( I hope it's enough. I dont feel tired at. Actually I still feel really alert.
Day6:Had bad headache, and super bad mood swing. So easily irritated and annoyed. I had to break my fast, and eat, before I lose all my friends.
