  2. I'm very much against your Goal weight 2 - it's too much!)) I think goal weight one is more to the point, and actually anything below 50 kilos is not going to be very healthy for your height, imho... Besides, you shouldn't care about the scales (I know, I know :LOL:) but more about how you like yourself in the mirror, right? Then the issue is not about your body weight, but about your body fat - that's what you should be loosing)) Look up body RECOMPOSITION,"Burn Fat Feed The Muscle", maybe it will give you some more ideas. Good luck in your fitness journey! :)

    1. I agree on you that the numbers are just numbers and is not important. But I've seem myself below 50kilos before, and honestly I didn't look sickly(yes I was 13), I think it's because I am an asian and have a small frame, most of my friends and even my mum at my age used to be below 50kilos. I think it all depends right now, I guess I will know when i get down to my weight. ofcourse I will keep in mind, being healthy and strong is what's important. :) Thank you for in opinion.
